I’ve come to appreciate that, as contexts become more volatile and challenging, great leaders constantly learn, reflect and evolve, which requires a good dose of humility and a high-quality sounding board.
My coaching approach helps clients to understand and focus on their strengths while exploring both conscious and unconscious dynamics that shape behaviour and decision making. I provide clients with the space to think and explore in confidence, offering challenge, insights and advice.
