I have advised the Boards of more than 70 UK and international companies, providing advice on remuneration and governance in listed companies, on IPOs, restructurings, transactions and in professional partnerships. My clients benefit from that wealth of experience.
I am also a Non-Executive Director of a FTSE-250 company and I led the Deloitte Women on Boards programme for five years. My professional coaching practice has developed from a desire to support senior executives as they go through key stages of transition in their careers.
